- Create a name for our group/website.
A friend was interested in creating a logo so as soon as we decide, I can ask her to help us out.
Throw out any suggestions, preferably not too niche, fairly general since we'll be covering lots of different things, and appropriate-ish.
The Water Thieves/Ninjas/Bandits was mentioned and that was good.

- Money related stuff
Don't think we need anything at the moment. Eventually, we might need a decent-ish video camera, a video editing station (probably can cover this myself), a website/domain, and possibly a few prop items.
- Decide our topics and areas of interest
Ideally, we'd have a couple people covering different topics (Cosplay, Anime, Video games, Movies, Traveling, Group events, etc). Hopefully we can have each person assigned with like, 2-3 topics each, and every member can contribute to each topic . Group events would be easy since we could just film ourselves doing stupid stuff or take pictures of our trips and adventures.

- Figure out each other's strengths/weaknesses/special talents
If we can get a questionnaire going around and we can figure out what each person likes to do, is interested in learning more about, and etc, we can get a better idea of how to figure out how to assign tasks and etc.
